Since joining Think Worldwide in 2017, James Foti has become a cornerstone of the company’s kitchen logistics operations, serving as Key Account Manager for some of the UK’s most respected kitchen retailers. With eight years of experience and an instinct for problem-solving, James ensures that every shipment—from appliances to spare parts—arrives on time, intact, and ready for installation.
James oversees key relationships with customers including Kutchenhaus South Central Group and Turnwell Traditional Kitchens. These are high-value kitchen consignments that require specialist coordination, secure storage, and meticulous handling. He is the trusted point of contact when challenges arise—resolving issues with speed and efficiency.
Known for his early starts and hands-on approach, James doesn’t just manage logistics—he actively supports the warehouse team, assists with admin and customer communications, and keeps operations moving smoothly. Like the rest of the team, his remit extends beyond his core accounts; he regularly pitches in wherever needed, including helping process and dispatch MX5 Parts shipments from Portsmouth to destinations across Europe and beyond.
Before joining Think Worldwide, James studied sports at the University of Winchester and worked with a football coaching business.
James’s reliability, responsiveness, and calm under pressure make him a trusted partner to customers and colleagues alike. James is never far from a solution—reachable, reliable, and ready to act, he brings a rare blend of operational grit and customer-first thinking to every job. He exemplifies Think Worldwide’s commitment to precision, teamwork, and putting the customer first.
