Lloyd’s journey began at TNT, where a well-timed follow-up call secured him a role that would shape his professional foundation. TNT’s rigorous training programme instilled a strong understanding of sales and operational discipline.
From TNT, he moved through roles at United Carriers, Business Post (FedEx’s global partner), and Premier Shipping and Packing, where he successfully launched their courier division. Each role deepened his understanding of the logistics landscape and reinforced the importance of trust, transparency, and customer care.
In 2007, Lloyd founded Think Worldwide Ltd with a clear vision: to build a company where service comes first and relationships are built on trust. Starting with a single van and a borrowed desk, he grew the business organically through referrals and repeat clients—proof that reliability and attentiveness still matter in this fast-paced, technology-led market.
As a logistics brokerage, Think Worldwide is not tied to any single supplier. Under Lloyd’s leadership, the company selects the most effective delivery solutions for each shipment, offering tailored support across same-day services, international shipments, customs clearance, as well as offering expertise in dangerous goods. In recent years, Think Worldwide has expanded into warehousing and scalable fulfilment solutions.
