Lee Anthony joined Think Worldwide in 2012, fresh from college and eager to learn. Over the past 13 years, he’s become a trusted and versatile member of the operations team—known for his reliability, sharp eye for detail, and ability to stay composed when the pace picks up.
As Dispatch Manager, Lee plays a central role in ensuring operational excellence across customer service, shipment coordination, and warehouse support. A key point of contact throughout the dispatch process, he manages inbound enquiries, books domestic and international shipments, and oversees each job from quote to delivery with precision and care. He pairs responsiveness with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
Lee thrives in a close-knit team built on flexibility and shared responsibility. “Everyone pitches in—there’s no rigid job description. We pull together and make it work,” he says. Whether quoting jobs, coordinating shipments, or lending a hand at Think Worldwide’s new 11,000-square-foot warehouse at Charlcroft Business Park, Lee is always ready to step in wherever he’s needed. Outside of work, Lee’s world revolves around his young family. With two children—aged four and one—life is lively, unpredictable, and full of joy. Mornings start early, weekends stay busy, and quiet moments are rare, but he embraces the pace with the same energy and commitment he brings to Think Worldwide. From shipments to school runs, Lee’s knack for keeping things moving is always in play.
